We feel that you will be pleased with the merchandise you purchase from Shoefits. However, if for some reason you need to return the item(s), you will receive a refund, exchange, or store credit. All returns must be back into our possession within 30 days of your receipt of the items. Any merchandise we receive after 30 days can only be returned for a store credit which never expires and can be used at all store locations. As well as our online store. A gift card will be mailed back to you in this event. Sale shoes cannot be returned--all sales are final on sale shoes.
Please follow these steps in the event of a return.
1. Email us at shoes@shoefitsonline.com with your order number and the reason for return within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
2. You are responsible for any return shipping fees.
3. Place the items back into the Shoefits logo box it was originally shipped in. Do not use the actual shoe box as a shipping container.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We have the right to refuse returns that do not follow our expressed guidelines.
1. All merchandise must be unworn. Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will slow down your return.
2. We can only accept returns that are in resalable condition. Meaning we can put them back on our sales floor. We recommend only trying shoes on in a carpeted area for a very limited time. Your return should contain the undamaged box and original packaging plus any accessories or extras that may have been included.
3. Once we have determined that the return is valid, we will contact you on how we will proceeed. Shoefits is very customer oriented and we can assure that we will go out of our way to see that you are satisfied. We want your repeat business and we will try to make the process as easy as we can.
NOTE: You will be credited through your original method of payment unless an exchange is requested. Please allow at least two billing cycles for your credit to show on your credit card statement.
RETURN SHIPPING
As advertised on our website, our return shipping is FREE, and Shoefits Online absorbs all return shipping fees for orders in the USA only. International return fees are held responsible to the customer.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If in the event you receive merchandise that is damaged due to the mailing process, you should report this within 15 days of your purchase. To do this you should contact our customer service phone number, 1-877-876-SHOE, or e-mail us at shoes@shoefitsonline.com. Damages include any item that doesn't appear to be in the condition it was when it left our store.
